IT services account for 42% of all services exports, or 12% of the country’s total exports.
This is stated in the Opendatabot study, which analyzed the NBU’s export data for 11 months of 2025.
Thus, each month, exports of IT services last year generated approximately $543 million (in 2022, the average monthly figure was $612 million).
The study shows that in 2025, this figure was 3% less than in 2021, and almost 10% less than in the peak year of 2022.

Overall, exports of services in 2025 decreased by 9%, to $14.33 billion, and total exports of goods and services decreased by 5%, to $49.21 billion.
As dev.ua already wrote, in total, over the 11 months of 2025, Ukrainian IT exports reached $5.97 billion, which is $141 million more than during the same period in 2024.
