Bornyakov stated this in an interview with Channel 24.
«Regarding the operational management of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, this is my area of responsibility. Decisions on personnel policy, new services in „Diya“, and the development of other ecosystem projects are made here, in the Ministry of Digital Affairs,» he noted.
Bornyakov called the Ministry of Digital Affairs an autonomous institution that «plays on the same team as the Ministry of Defense.»
The acting Minister of Digital Transformation also recalled that the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Defense have joint ecosystem projects — for example, Brave1, «which requires synchronization of the actions of the two ministries.»
«We used to do this within one team, now we do it within the government,» he says.

In addition, Oleksandr Bornyakov previously said that within the framework of donor funding from the EU in the amount of 10 million euros , a system for strengthening data control will be launched in Ukraine, which will show citizens that their personal data is being viewed by officials.
