In total, UAH 2.99 billion is allocated for the development of information communications.
Of these:
1,053,600 — for the needs of the Security Service of Ukraine;
UAH 659.945 million is planned to be allocated for the needs of the leadership of the Ministry of Justice;
UAH 159.064 million — expenses planned for the implementation of the public investment project «Electronic means of control and supervision»;
UAH 137.303 million — expenses for the Foreign Intelligence Service.
UAH 97.904 million has been allocated for video surveillance systems for all departments, and UAH 49.54 million for the electronic document management system.
The creation, development and proper functioning of registers, data banks, and knowledge bases is estimated at UAH 209.32 million.
At the same time, UAH 883.349 million has been allocated for the needs of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
They plan to allocate UAH 482.473 million for cybersecurity.
