This was stated by Nova Digital CEO Andriy Chepiga in an interview with DOU.
«In 2025, our focus is on the evolution from developing individual solutions to creating holistic digital ecosystems. A platform approach will replace point solutions», — Chepiga noted.
According to him, this means that instead of separate modules for logistics, CRM, and analytics, the company will create unified platforms where «data circulates freely between components».
«AI integration will become end-to-end for all our products — from personalized interfaces to predictive analytics», — said the CEO of Nova Digital.
He also reported that the company has created an artificial intelligence department, where specialists work on strategic tasks. They are currently preparing the process of transforming Nova Digital’s internal processes using AI.
«We automate routine work using AI services. At the level of a group of companies, we are implementing Google Workspace and Gemini to improve back-office management processes», — explained Andriy Chepiga.
He added that Nova Digital has separate projects to develop assistants based on artificial intelligence to perform routine processes related to documentation, image processing, video, or calls.
We would like to remind you that the Nova Digital IT team continues to actively hire new specialists. The number of employees of the company has increased by 20 specialists over the past month and currently has 980 specialists working in several areas. Among them are programmers, DevOps engineers, testers, product managers and other technical specialists.
Previously, the companies explained that the reductions in the main departments of Nova Poshta made it possible to focus resources on key areas, including digital transformation.
