«Unfortunately, all packages — over 600 items with an estimated total value of UAH 1 million — were lost during the fire. We will compensate our customers for the losses, as we always do in such cases,» Klymov noted .
However, by morning, the company had resumed work from the new location. «Our team quickly switched shifts and is already processing customer parcels,» Klimov noted.
To restore service so quickly, the company implemented a well-developed emergency response plan that allowed it to deploy a mobile unit within hours. «This mobile unit, built on a BDF container, is specifically designed for emergencies when a facility is either destroyed or severely damaged,» the businessman said.
