Nova Poshta announced the closure of cargo office No. 2 in Sviatohirsk, Donetsk Oblast, which became the last in the city.
«In recent months, it was the only business operating in the city — here people received medicine, food, humanitarian aid, and could contact their relatives. In November alone, residents of Sviatohirsk sent and received 3,400+ parcels,» the Nova Poshta press service reported .
The closure of the branch was explained, among other things, by heavy shelling, the approach of the front, and the threat from drones.
At the same time, the company offered all employees of the branch jobs in other cities and divisions.
Currently, 37 Nova Poshta branches operate in the Donetsk region, and 2 more are planned to be opened by the end of 2025. The company also continues to install ATMs.
Meanwhile, from December 1, 2025, Nova Poshta is increasing its tariffs. In addition, a surcharge is being introduced for receiving mail at a post office, and tariffs are divided into local and nationwide.
