Nova Post has launched its own courier delivery service in five regions of the Czech Republic. The service already operates 24/7 in Prague, Plzeň, South Moravian, Moravian-Silesian, and Karlovy Vary regions.

The company says that now customers can call a courier to send or receive a package within the city within 1-2 hours or choose a specific convenient delivery time. Exact two-hour intervals are also available with prior notification to the customer.
For shipments within the same region, the «day-to-day» format works — if the application is submitted by 10:00.
In total, Nova Post delivers parcels to 16 cities in the Czech Republic, as well as to Bratislava, Milan, Warsaw, and Berlin, within 24 hours. Delivery to Lviv takes two business days.
The company has also simplified the process of sending via an address or AlzaBox post office. Couriers have packaging materials with them, so there is no need to prepare the parcel in advance. There is also no need to label the shipment — just name or mark the parcel number, and the courier will do the rest.
You can pay for delivery in cash, online or by card via POS terminal when sending or receiving the parcel. For shipments via AlzaBox, payment is available in the Nova Post mobile application.
