In the first phase, the partnership covers Vienna, where customers can already receive parcels weighing up to 30 kg through more than 200 myflexbox post offices, Novaya Poshta said . The delivery points are open 24 hours a day and are located in the most popular locations: at gas stations, shopping malls, train stations and near large residential complexes.
Nova Post delivers to partner terminals using its own fleet of vehicles. This allows the company to maintain control over the timing and quality of logistics at all stages of transportation.
"By the end of the year, fast and reliable Nova Post delivery will be available at over 550 partner post offices, including in the cities of Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. And customers will be able not only to receive shipments, but also to make shipments," said Vladislav Marunkov, CEO of Nova Post in Austria.
According to management, integration with the local myflexbox infrastructure is part of a broader strategy for the development of urban logistics in Europe, which is based on the use of open platforms.
