The company says it has moved key services responsible for processing payments, protecting card data, and connecting to payment systems to the cloud. The company used solutions from AWS, Google Cloud, and a Ukrainian cloud provider.
"After implementing the new architecture, the "throughput" of our application systems increased by 50%, meaning we reduced the time for all transactions for our clients by one and a half times: payments, transfers, card and loan processing. It also made it possible to significantly strengthen data protection - in accordance with international standards. We are creating a hybrid IT infrastructure that combines the capabilities of local data centers and cloud services," says Grigoriy Lisnychyy, Director of the NovaPay IT Department.
In addition, this year the company plans to implement new artificial intelligence systems for fraud detection, transition to an updated cybersecurity model, and launch its own data warehouse to create personalized financial services.
NovaPay is an international financial service that is part of the NOVA (Nova Poshta) group of companies and has been providing online and offline payment services in over 3,600 Nova Poshta branches for 13 years.
