MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak has prepared a draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada proposing to repeal the Cabinet's decision of October 13 to restrict the booking of employees of critical enterprises. The government will have three days to review the new rules.
Zheleznyak reported this on his Telegram channel.
The draft resolution proposes:
To repeal the resolution of October 13 regarding the organization of reservations for military conscripts.
Conduct open consultations with business associations and make their results public.
Include business representatives in the Reservation Coordination Center.
Leave this center with only advisory powers. It should not independently determine who should be granted or revoked the status of a critical enterprise.
