The user launches the Telegram bot and receives instructions.
When receiving services at ASCs, banks, hospitals, or other institutions, citizens check whether they accept documents from the application.
A report is sent to the bot on whether it was possible to use the digital equivalent or whether employees requested paper originals.
The information collected will help the project team pinpoint problematic institutions and collaborate with institutions and businesses to eliminate violations. The main goal of the initiative is to ensure the unhindered use of digital documents in every corner of the country.
