Avenga, an IT company specializing in software development and employing over 6,000 people, including about 900 specialists in Ukraine, announced the appointment of Clay Van Doren as CEO.

He will replace Frenchman Ludovic Godet, Avenga reported.
Clay brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation. He joins Avenga from Atos, a global IT services and consulting company, where he served as Group Chief Development Officer.
«My priority is to strengthen partnerships and focus on our clients’ success, as well as making Avenga a great place to work with excellent opportunities for growth,» said Van Doren.
As CEO of Avenga, Clay will manage the company’s more than 6,000 employees in Europe, America and Asia. According to DOU, 900 of them work in Ukraine. In 2026, the company plans to hire 200-300 new specialists in Ukraine) in the areas of AI/ML, cybersecurity, data engineering/analytics, DevOps and Full Stack. Currently, Avenga has open vacancies in AI, Data, Java and Full Stack engineers.
