Without contacting the operator: Ukrposhta launches express parcel delivery cells
Ukrposhta is launching a new service format that will allow customers to pick up parcels without waiting in the general queue at the operator. For this, special quick delivery cells are being installed inside the branches. At the first stage of the large-scale update, the project will be launched in 400 branches of the company - residents of cities with a population of over a million and regional centers will feel the changes first.

For this, special quick delivery cells are being installed inside the branches. At the first stage of the large-scale update, the project will be launched in 400 branches of the company - residents of cities with a population of over a million and regional centers will feel the changes first.
The Ukrposhta system automatically redirects some parcels to new delivery zones in a new format, the company reports . As soon as the shipment arrives, the client receives an SMS with a unique code: just enter it to open the desired cell yourself and pick up the parcel without contacting the operator.
The main difference from traditional mail machines is that these sections are located inside the branches themselves and are tied to their working hours. At the same time, the classic method of receiving mail through a postal worker is not going away.
The system is still being tested. In particular, a pilot project has already started in the capital and Kyiv region, where the first 120 such quick-dispensing points have been put into operation.
Ukrposhta emphasized that the new format is part of a broader update of Ukrposhta's service.
"After completing 100% automation of sorting processes and creating an infrastructure with a potential capacity of up to 3 million shipments per day, the company is gradually changing the customer experience: developing a network of post offices, partner delivery points, and new formats for receiving parcels at branches."
