The team announced the launch of the project on social media, calling it a «big restart.» The founders note that they had worked in the ticket business for years and participated in the development of Concert.ua, but decided to launch a new independent service.
In the statement, the team also hinted at a conflict with former partners, mentioning «anti-crisis chaos» and problems with business ethics, but did not disclose details.
According to the co-founders, the new service is based on a ticketing platform authored by Yevhen Lysenko. They claim that this is confirmed by a copyright certificate from 2018.
Numotamo is positioned as a «service from the people and for the people» without «toxicity, double standards, and ultimatums.»
According to the founders, 25 managers and specialists have joined the new project. They also say that the service has already received support from some event organizers and other market players.
The team names the following as key success factors:
transfer of part of the experienced team;
support for organizers;
solidarity from other ticket operators;
cooperation with agencies;
many years of expertise in building ticketing services.
At the time of launch, a list of events already appears on the Numotamo website, and the team announces ambitious scaling plans.

Another co-founder of Concert.ua, who previously announced a raider takeover of the business, Dmitry Feliksov, commented on the launch of a new service by former partners.
Two former employees and partners announced a «new ticket operator.» The finale of a story that they are trying to present as a fight for justice. But something else is important. The new project was created on the basis of infrastructure, technologies, developments, CRM systems, processes and experience that were formed over the years within Concert.ua — at the company’s expense, with risks, responsibility and losses that someone had to take on. It is significant that the company is registered not even in the name of the initiators themselves, but in the name of a related person. Even here — a minimum of personal responsibility. Time and the law put everything in its place. Loud announcements win at the start. Vision, reputation, systems, investments and endurance work in the long run. I continue to restore and build Concert.ua, V-Ticket, Readeat, BookTicket, Origin — as a single ecosystem of culture, technologies and people working for content and the future. Recall, in 2025, Lysenko and Chin left the positions of technical and marketing directors of Concert.ua. According to Feliksov, after that they did not transfer access to the IT infrastructure, CRM, financial systems and part of the company’s social networks. «The partners issued an ultimatum demanding disproportionate compensation in exchange for returning access,» Feliksov said.
In response, Lysenko and Chin claim that they have been restricted from accessing the company, its management, and communications since mid-December 2025. In late January, they publicly accused Feliksov of raiding Origin Stage. According to YouControl, Origin Stage is owned equally by three partners, each with a 33% stake.
