Strelchuk recalled that in 2018, when he joined Revolut as Head of Internal Audit, he went through six rounds of interviews.
He also shared that at the time, the Revolut office was «like a shoebox» and there was no administrator. He also remembered having to wait an hour for an interview at the office, which was «the first test of loyalty.»
He also mentioned that after receiving the offer, three people from outside the company discouraged him from this position, focusing on «negative stories about the Revolut culture.»
Dmytro Strelchuk noted that during his time at Revolut, it grew from 40 people to a company with over 10,000 employees, and became a world-renowned brand.
Strelchuk also shared that he intends to take a break from his career, without specifying the reasons for this step.
