On November 14, the Shevchenkiv District Court of Lviv issued a verdict in the case of the OnlyFans model, who is accused of systematically producing and selling pornographic products. We tell the details.
According to the case materials, the sales manager of Armalitas LLP, acting deliberately and for selfish reasons, registered on the Instagram social network and offered access to the OnlyFans website while communicating with users. On her account on the platform, she posted a previously created photo image that, according to the expert’s opinion, belongs to products of a pornographic nature.
A total of 85 such incidents are described in the case, that is, the girl’s activities were quite systematic from March 2022 to February 2024.
The case states that the girl entered into a plea agreement with the investigation on August 28, 2024. The court approved it and sentenced the girl to imprisonment for a term of three years with deprivation of the right to hold positions related to IT technologies or to engage in activities related to the dissemination of pornographic or intimate information on web resources for a term of three years
Later, the sentence was reduced, replacing it with a one-year probationary period.
