BES detectives have received information about all Ukrainian OnlyFans users. Now all creators of "strawberry content" are threatened with searches
The investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv granted a group of BEB detectives temporary access to information «about all citizens of Ukraine and other persons residing in Ukraine who have registered profiles (created accounts) on the OnlyFans platform. Now they know the last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration number of the taxpayer’s account card, as well as other information about the creators of paid content, which is at the disposal of the State Tax Service.

Now they know the last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration number of the taxpayer’s account card, as well as other information about the creators of paid content, which is at the disposal of the State Tax Service.
This is stated in the court ruling dated September 20.
After receiving information about OnlyFans users, BEB employees began to come to them with searches as part of a criminal case (about tax evasion in particularly large amounts).
The day before, the EP writes, Lesya Mykhailenko, a lawyer for the company «You Have the Right», reported on the beginning of such searches. According to her, detectives came to search only those OnlyFans models who had already registered as individual entrepreneurs, filed declarations and paid taxes.
«Last week, the BEB began to come with searches specifically to those who paid and declared income. That is, according to this decision, the BEB took a list from the State Tax Service and is now working on a list of models from OnlyFans who have nothing to do with the case from July 2024,» she said.
She notes that in early autumn, the head of the Rada’s tax committee, Danylo Hetmantsev, announced that the State Tax Service had received information about Ukrainian OnlyFans models and their income. Soon, these individuals began receiving «happiness» letters from the tax service demanding that they pay taxes.
Given this, most models decided to voluntarily register as individual entrepreneurs, declare their income, and pay taxes to the budget. However, thanks to the decision of the Shevchenko Court, BEB received information about them.
MPs have already reacted to the information about the searches of OnlyFans models. In particular, the deputy chairman of the Rada’s tax committee, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, stated: «Searches and Article 212 for those who have paid taxes are not OK. It is not OK to simultaneously demand payment of taxes for porn and at the same time retain criminal liability for production.»
He added that he hopes law enforcement will not come to the OnlyFans models for another article about the production, storage, and distribution of porn.
«Ireally hope that the BEB will now do something else. And this unfortunate situation will be quickly resolved. Everyone else, and here first of all the law enforcement bloc, will also hold back their eagles for now so that they do not run under Article 301. We, the deputies, will decriminalize the production of adult content. It seems that everything is ready for the committee. Everyone will pay taxes and continue to do their job. Each their own,» the people’s deputy noted and called on the TSK to report cases of further defiant actions, promising that the reaction will be quite quick.
The day before, the head of the tax committee, Danylo Getmantsev, reported that OnlyFans models declared UAH 305.4 million in income and paid UAH 59 million in personal income tax and military duty to the budgets. He also noted that the fact that «the girls did not pay the tax on time» cannot be the basis for a criminal case.
«And separately on the prosecution under Article 301 of the Criminal Code. It seems to me that the festival of hypocrisy, when society „morally condemns“ with one hand, and with the other takes money for the army, or when content creators are persecuted by its users, must be ended,» the People’s Deputy added.
As a reminder, on November 11, the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill proposing to amend Article 301 of the Criminal Code. In July, an OnlyFans model was fined UAH 35,700 in Kyiv for producing and selling porn. And in October, the OnlyFans creator paid UAH 13.2 million in taxes after the tax office «involved» the girl in declaring her income.
Previously, dev.ua reported that more than 5,000 Ukrainian models who create paid content on the OnlyFans online platform earned about $123 million in income during 2020–2022.
