He called the conviction and criminal prosecution of adult content creators a «festival of hypocrisy.»

He called the conviction and criminal prosecution of adult content creators a «festival of hypocrisy.»
«To date, 350 Onlyfans models have filed declarations of property and income, declaring UAH 305.4 million in income. UAH 59.0 million in personal income tax and military duty have been paid. This is very important money for the country in war, and we are grateful to the girls for their responsible position and contribution to victory», — Hetmantsev wrote in his Telegram.
He added that the fact that the models did not pay the tax on time cannot be a basis for criminal prosecution, if the taxes are paid, law enforcement officers share this approach. The People’s Deputy also spoke out against the criminal prosecution of adult content creators under Article 301 of the Criminal Code.
«It seems to me that the festival of hypocrisy, when society „morally condemns“ with one hand, and with the other takes money for the army, or when content creators are persecuted by its users, must be ended… I will insist on including my colleagues' bill on the decriminalization of Article 301 in the PD of the Verkhovna Rada», — Hetmantsev promised.
It recently became known that the Suvorovsky District Court of Odessa is considering the case of the OnlyFans model, who was «laid» for law enforcement by a manicurist. Earlier, the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Lviv issued a verdict in the case of the OnlyFans model, who is accused of systematically producing and selling pornographic products.
In September, Danylo Getmantsev reported that the number of Ukrainian accounts on OnlyFans is increasing on average threefold every year. According to him, one Ukrainian model has received over $4 million for creating paid content on OnlyFans over several years.
