According to the case materials, the girl, using the services of the World Wide Web, on the web resource onlyfans.com, created an account, during registration of which she used her own personal data and subsequently, at her place of residence, using her own mobile phone, produced pornographic materials for the purpose of their further storage and distribution.
In early June 2025, she produced an unspecified number, but at least five, of photographs containing an indecent special demonstration of her naked body and genitals, which she stored in the memory of her iPhone 14 PRO MAX. From early June to July 14, 2025, the girl committed a number of identical acts related to the sole intent to produce, store for the purpose of distributing and distributing photographic materials of a pornographic nature, the case file states .
On July 13, 2025, the defendant distributed pornographic photographic materials she had produced and stored on onlyfans.com to an unspecified number of Internet users.
Continuing her criminal intent, on July 14, 2025, having logged in to the website onlyfans.com, the girl again distributed the pornographic photographic materials she had produced and stored.
At the court hearing, the accused girl admitted her guilt and sincerely repented. She testified that in June 2025 she decided to engage in the production of images and video production of a pornographic nature for profit, and in approximately July 2025 she registered on the website onlifans.com, and on July 13 and 14, 2025 she produced and distributed her images and video production of a pornographic nature on the website onlifans.com. .
The court ruled to impose a fine of 34,000 UAH on the girl.
The judge also ordered the destruction of physical evidence: a Satisfyer sex toy; a sex toy in the form of a male genital organ; and elements of an erotic costume.
The girl’s iPhone was confiscated in favor of the state.
The verdict can be appealed to the Sumy Court of Appeal through the Okhtyrsky City District Court of Sumy Region within 30 days from the date of its pronouncement.
