Viber survey. Gadgets are among the top 3 products that Ukrainians will buy on Black Friday

At the same time, 64% of respondents do not believe in discounts on "Black Friday" and never buy on this day.

The Rakuten Viber team asked Ukrainians whether they plan to buy anything on Black Friday, and if so, what exactly, the company's press release reports.

More than 30,000 users took part in the survey. Of them, 83% answered that they do not plan to buy anything: 64% because they do not believe in discounts, 19% simply do not have such plans. Only 7% intend to buy the same as in 2023, 6% less than last year, and only 4% plan to buy more.

Gadgets are included in the top 3 products for future purchases. 12% of respondents are going to buy them.

This is what the entire list of possible planned purchases looks like:

— Clothes and footwear — 34%;

— Food and alcohol — 13%;

— Gadgets — 12%;

— Home appliances — 9%;

— Goods for children — 9%;

— Cosmetics, self-care, vitamins — 9%;

— Goods for pets — 6%;

— Home and repair goods — 5%;

— Goods for cars — 2%;

— Subscriptions to services and subscriptions — 1%.
