Lithuania will finance the production of Ukrainian long-range drones. The corresponding Memorandum was signed today in Vilnius by the Minister of Defense of Lithuania Laurinas Kaschyunas and the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Rustem Umyerov.
«This is a long-term agreement, within the framework of which the first tranche of 10 million euros has already been agreed. Lithuania directs these funds to the production of Ukrainian long-range weapons, in particular the „Palyanytsia“ project. The Lithuanian side is already working on the finalization of bureaucratic procedures, the first tranche for the support of Ukrainian DeepStrike will be transferred in the near future,»said the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
