Starting today, May 28, a number of Ukrainians may lose their reservation from mobilization. These are employees of enterprises that previously received the status of critical, but must update their documents and undergo an inspection by the Ministry of Economy.
Starting today, May 28, a number of Ukrainians may lose their reservation from mobilization. These are employees of enterprises that previously received the status of critical, but must update their documents and undergo an inspection by the Ministry of Economy.
By May 28, critical enterprises had to submit a package of documents to the Ministry of Economy in order not to lose the right to make a reservation.
Thus, the Ministry of Economy verifies the compliance of critical enterprises with the established criteria throughout the enterprise’s operations from the date of the decision to determine or confirm such status.
To conduct such an inspection, the Commission of the Ministry of Economy for Determining Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations Critical to the Economy recommended sending the following documents to the Ministry of Economy’s email address ([email protected]) by May 28, 2025:
The new rules for reservation from mobilization provide for monthly monitoring of enterprises' compliance with established requirements regarding the average salary at the enterprise, the level of tax payment, and the number of military conscripts.
If it is determined that the enterprise does not meet the requirements, a request for explanations will be generated. In the event of a negative monitoring result, the enterprise will be deprived of critical status.
