From April 1, all reservations made under the old requirements for criticality of enterprises will become invalid

Previously, the validity period of deferrals issued before December 1 last year was extended first until February 28, and then until March 31, 2025.

«Since the beginning of the year, most conscientious companies have already reconfirmed their criticality with the relevant state bodies and rebooked their employees. The deferrals of rebooked employees remain valid after April 1», — noted Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ.

The Ministry of Economy reminded that on April 1, the following will take place:

• Expiration of reservations made using the old system.
• Restoration of the standard mode of processing applications for employee reservations for critical enterprises (within 72 hours).
• Only businesses that have received confirmation of criticality under the new rules will be booked.

Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved changes to the procedure for reserving military conscripts and determining critical enterprises. They, in particular, provide for an update of the average salary criterion — a monthly period of calculating the average salary will be used to determine enterprises as critical.

Now all bookings are made exclusively in electronic format through the «Diya» portal without any paper documents or orders.

To apply for employee booking through «Diya» you need:

1. Log in to the «Diya» portal.
2. Select the «Employee Reservation» service and click «Submit Application.»
3. Enter the necessary employee data.
4. Confirm their salary level.
5. Check the application and sign it (this should be done by the head of the enterprise or an authorized signatory).
6. Wait for the result — a notification about the application being considered will be sent to your email and the «Diya» portal.

Recall that in early March, the Government supported changes to the booking procedure for mobile operators and Internet providers. According to them, providers and operators will be able to book teams that build networks that are resistant to outages.
