According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, «BRIL PARK» will operate on the territory of the Zhmerynsk urban territorial community, and the lease term of the land plot for this project is 34 years.
The area of almost 28 hectares will primarily house processing industry enterprises, but the industrial park will also feature the fields of innovation and IT, including scientific and technical activities, information, and telecommunications.
To develop the park, the initiator — «Closed Undiversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund «ERAGON» — plans to attract over UAH 1 billion in investments.
As dev.ua reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has included the Fursy industrial park in the Kyiv region in the Register of Industrial Parks: its areas of work will also include the field of IT and telecommunications.

Each hectare of industrial park in Ukraine, according to former Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, can attract up to $5 million in investment and create up to 100 jobs.
