After several postponements, Ukrposhta has finally released a new application. What functionality has been added to it?

Information about it is posted on the official website of the postal operator.

As for shipments, the new application provides:

• real-time status updates;
• tracking of shipments without manual search;
• creating and paying for shipments online;
• access to shipment history;
• sorting parcels by status, type and date.

In addition, the application provides an interactive map of Ukrposhta branches with their work schedules and route planning on the map.

When receiving a parcel, you can scan the QR code for quick customer identification and receive the shipment without documents.

As dev.ua wrote, back in October 2024, Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smilyanskyi stated that the new application would appear «soon» because the previous one was outdated and needed improvement.

Then Smilyansky stated that the launch of the new Ukrposhta mobile application should take place in the first half of 2025, but these deadlines have been pushed back again.
