In total, development programs had an impact on 0,64% of the 4% by which Ukraine’s GDP grew in 2024 .
Earlier, Ukrainian officials said that the campaign to support the national manufacturer «Made in Ukraine» will increase GDP by 1%. It provides for a refund of funds for the purchase of goods of Ukrainian manufacturers to a special card.
«I don’t know how they calculated GDP growth, but I think it’s just an increase in government consumption. According to this logic, increasing salaries for prosecutors and pensions for judges also brought more GDP growth. I wonder how much + GDP, according to government officials' calculations, would have been simply not taking these 10-15 billion UAH from the army?», — noted Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
