This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine Halyna Hryhorenko, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
Last week, the head of the Ministry of Digitization, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced that the government had adopted a resolution on the launch of the «eBook» program. This is a service with the help of which 18-year-old Ukrainians will be able to receive UAH 908 from the state for books, exclusively in Ukrainian, through the Diia application.
«eKnyga» will be launched, we hope, already on Monday. Bookstores are already at a low start and are ready to work with it,» Grigorenko said today.
The list of stores that will join the program will become available after the launch of «eKnyga».
