According to her, the company has a referral program: if you bring a friend to work, you get a financial bonus. The company did not specify how much money employees can receive, but they wrote that the bonus is “good.”
One of the employees came up with a very creative approach: he created an OLX job ad and sent people to work "through him."
"As a result, about 19 people came to us thanks to this scheme. And the most interesting thing is that formally he did not violate anything - after all, there were no direct prohibitions on this method," HR notes.
She also explained that the company does not usually post vacancies on OLX. “We have other quality channels for finding candidates,” added Echar.
In the comments, many wrote that the recruiter should be fired and this creative "genius" should be hired.
