Let’s imagine a typical scenario for a small Ukrainian company. «I don’t know how it is with others, so it’s hard to compare. But for the first experience, everything is simple and clear, and I won’t look for an alternative if everything suits me here,» says sole proprietor Mykola Burluka.

And it is this feeling — when you don’t have to figure it out, get used to it, or «finish it up» — that is increasingly becoming a key selection criterion for small businesses. Because entrepreneurs don’t want to spend half their day on banking. They want it to just work — and not get in the way of doing business.

From sole proprietorship to LLC — without changing bank

For growing companies, it is important not only to start quickly, but also not to break the financial infrastructure at each stage of development.

At Infineon, the decision to work with FUIB at the LLC level was a logical continuation of the team’s experience as sole proprietors.

«We are not new clients of FUIB, as many of our individual entrepreneurs have been served by this bank for a long time.
