According to the team, the impetus for creating the service came from the founder’s personal experience. After moving, he spent weeks trying to find people to just have coffee with or go for a walk with.
Events and networking evenings did not yield results — the feeling of «own circle» never appeared.
As a result, the team formulated the problem simply: platforms for events exist, but there is actually no place where you can find «your» people close to you by interests for regular communication.
At ramle.app, we focused on the simplest possible scenario.
The user selects several activities — for example, coffee, hiking, sports, or programming. The service then matches people in the same city with similar interests.
The focus is not on profiles or appearance, but on a shared activity: «what to do together,» not «who to choose.»
The next step is communication and checking if there is «chemistry.» And then offline meetings in public places: coffee shops, parks, or at events. Some partner establishments even offer discounts for users.
The team specifically emphasizes the positioning of the product: this is not dating or networking.
