«Today I received a 39-page resume!!! It has everything: pictures, icons, labels, links, caps lock, underlines, highlighting… Oh my, so much effort and effort. Save your time and recruiters, please!» she wrote on LinkedIn. She said that she received such a large document from a candidate with 15 years of experience, who probably wanted to save time during the interview.
IT people are reacting violently to Tatyana’s post.
