On the night of June 12, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, struck an important facility of the Russian military-industrial complex - the Rezonit plant in the Moscow region.
"Explosions were recorded on the territory of the Technopark "Rezonit" in Zubovo, Moscow Region. This is a plant for the serial production and assembly of printed circuit boards and the production of electronics. Its products are widely used in the manufacture of high-tech weapons and equipment. The results of the fire damage are being clarified," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, believes that the Rezonit plant is a bold target, where the enemy is engaged in the development and modernization of electronics, microcircuits, navigation systems, and elements for missile and naval weapons.
"Rezonit specializes in the manufacture of multilayer printed circuit boards, flexible and flexible-rigid boards, and high-precision microelectronics," added Kovalenko.
The Resonit plant in the Zubove technopark is located approximately 82 km from Moscow. The boards manufactured there are integrated into flight control, navigation, guidance and data transmission systems. In particular: into Iskander, Caliber, Kh-101 missiles, Orlan-10, Lancet, Kub drones, as well as into guidance units of artillery systems.
