Ukrainian SaaS service Ringostat reached breakeven in 2026. According to FRACTAL founder Artem Borodatyuk, the company had been deliberately operating at a loss for several previous years in order to grow faster.
Borodatyuk told about this in an interview with dev.ua.
According to Borodatyuk, Ringostat's loss-making in recent years did not mean that the business was not working. On the contrary, it was a conscious strategy of the group.
"In recent years, when Ringostat was operating in the red, I was the one asking them to operate in the red so that they could grow faster," he explained.
Borodatyuk also called Ringostat one of FRACTAL's most successful SaaS products. According to him, the service has thousands of customers, but is only now starting to engage in its own marketing more systematically. He also believes that Ringostat may eventually become another company in the group, which will grow into a separate large business. For FRACTAL itself, Borodatyuk calls spinoffs and subsequent exits one of the indicators of the success of the startup studio model.
Previously, dev.ua wrote that Ringostat AI analyzed 50,000 conversations between managers and customers, selected from over 1 million calls. The platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations, telephony, and call tracking.
