Seedcamp, Cocoa, Connect Ventures, 2100 Ventures, Vesna Capital, U.ventures, Underline Ventures, and Common Magic also joined the round.

Embedd develops software infrastructure for physical artificial intelligence and robotics, automating the interaction between different chips and software.
Despite investments in physical AI reaching nearly $19 billion this year, robotics and intelligent machine developers face a major hurdle: software must manage dozens of chips from different manufacturers that don’t have a single standard for interfacing. This forces engineers to manually review documentation and write code for each component.
Embedd solves this problem through automation. The platform creates a digital twin of the hardware that provides AI agents with the necessary context. The system automatically generates code that connects each chip to high-level software. According to the company, its solution allows you to create industrial-ready software for chips up to 6 times faster.
“Even the smartest robot won’t work at full capacity until its chips learn to understand each other. The Embedd team is building a fundamental layer — the infrastructure without which physical AI cannot scale. They are doing for hardware what cloud technologies once did for the web,” emphasized Sergey Tokarev, co-founder and general partner of Roosh Ventures.
Embedd was founded by Ukrainian tech entrepreneurs Mykhailo Lazarenko, Maksym Gorinov, and Valentin Gololobov. The idea for the product came from their own experience: during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, their previous hardware company faced a shortage of chips and was forced to constantly rewrite the code to accommodate new parts.
Since April 2026, Embedd has already signed contracts with several semiconductor manufacturers, including Microchip Technology, for which it provides support for the Zephyr OS.
Roosh Ventures is a venture capital fund that invests in startups at stages from Pre-seed to Series A, primarily focusing on the areas of enterprise SaaS solutions, FinTech, gaming, and AI-based products.
