«I don’t think it’s possible to imagine that front-line communications are provided using Telegram or some messenger,» Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said .
His words contrast with complaints from Russian military and propagandists that without Telegram, transmitting information about a target takes several hours instead of 1-2 minutes. As a result, intelligence data loses its relevance after 10-15 minutes, and fire strikes become impractical.
