“I received a message from Rozetka, in which they write that they cannot write ‘full-scale invasion’ or ‘war’. What is this anyway? Who is this brilliant smmnik?” Anastasia wrote on Facebook, also adding a screenshot of the message.
In the comments, other users wrote that they also received such a message. At the same time, the company itself noted that the word "war" is present in the messages that arrive by email and in the notification center in the personal account.
In response to the comment of the publication "UP. Life", the company reported: "We cannot even imagine that there is a single Ukrainian business that can avoid calling this bloody and brutal war by Russia against our country a war, and a full-scale invasion a full-scale invasion. However, the company did not explain the presence of three dots instead of "war" specifically in Viber messages.
In response to a comment from "UP. Life," the Viber press service stated that they have no rules prohibiting talking about war.
"We do not restrict the use of any words in business messages. Moreover, we do not have access to their content," the messenger's press service noted.
