Search by photo and voice, budget selection and review summaries: ROZETKA updated its AI assistant
The ROZETKA marketplace continues to develop its own AI tools to make online shopping easier and more personalized. The updated ROZETKA AI now allows you to search for products by photo and voice, and also automatically summarizes reviews from other buyers.
The main goal of the development is to help users select products for specific needs and budget without having to study complex specifications for a long time or browse hundreds of comments.

Communication in plain language and selection for the budget
The AI assistant works in the format of a personal consultant. Users can ask any questions they want — for example, to ask to assemble a set of appliances for a small apartment, to choose a gift within a clear budget, or to compare several models according to important criteria. The service analyzes the assortment and offers only those options that fully meet the conditions.
New ways to search: by photo and voice
For cases when it is difficult to find a product by name or describe it in words, ROZETKA has implemented new multimodal functions.
Search by photo: just upload a picture of an object from the interior, social networks, or a passerby on the street to the mobile application — the system will recognize the object and find similar or most similar offers in the catalog.
Voice search: a dictated query is automatically converted to text, which is convenient for quickly forming search commands on the go.
AI-based reviews: less time reading
To simplify the selection process, artificial intelligence now analyzes the array of comments under the product and forms a concise summary. The AI review highlights the key advantages, disadvantages and features of operation that other buyers most often pay attention to. At the same time, users retain the ability to view the full list of original reviews.
Feature availability
Photo and voice search functions are already available in ROZETKA mobile apps for iOS and Android. Intelligent review summary and text-based AI assistant are available on all platforms, including the web version of the site.
