«I am leaving the position of CEO of Promin Aerospace. It has been an interesting and rewarding journey, and I will continue to support Oleksandra Gladyshevska and Vitaliy Yemets in all future endeavors. I know that I am leaving the company in the best hands, so now I can focus 100% on creating HIMERA», — Rudominsky wrote on his LinkedIn.
Promin Aerospace is now headed by Oleksandra Gladyshevska, who previously worked as a regional manager for a startup in the US and later moved to the position of CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer). «I am pleased to announce that I am starting my new position as CEO of Promin Aerospace», — Gladyshevska briefly commented on her appointment.
Promin Aerospace was founded by scientist Vitaliy Yemets and entrepreneur Misha Rudominsky in 2021. The startup is working on creating an economical rocket that «burns» gradually throughout the flight.
«We have a single-stage rocket. The first engine, which starts with you on the surface of the earth, ends with you already in orbit. This happens continuously in time. We have a mechanical system inside that allows us this movement in the lower block. There is a gasification chamber, a combustion chamber, a control system, and other subsystems», — Rudominsky said in an interview with dev.ua.
In 2023, Promin Aerospace received $6.5 million in advance orders for future services.
After leaving the aerospace startup, Misha Rudominsky plans to focus on the defense technology company Himera, which he founded with Oleksiy Oliynyk in 2022. Himera is known for its protected tactical radios for the military. In 2025, the startup’s products were purchased for the first time by a foreign customer, the US Air Force.
