Ukrainian unmanned technology developer Roboneers and German startup ARX Robotics are joining forces. The companies have created a joint venture, ARX Industries, which will engage in the serial production of ground robotic complexes (GRCs) «Rys Pro».
Ukrainian unmanned technology developer Roboneers and German startup ARX Robotics are joining forces. The companies have created a joint venture, ARX Industries, which will engage in the serial production of ground robotic complexes (GRCs) «Rys Pro».
The agreement was signed on June 25, 2026 during the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference (URC-2026) in Gdansk. The company’s production facilities will be deployed simultaneously in Ukraine and Germany.
The companies' plans are ambitious:
In the first year of operation, it is planned to produce several thousand Lynx Pro NRCs.
In the future, they want to scale production to tens of thousands of units per year.
The project should help implement the goal of providing the Defense Forces of Ukraine with 50,000 ground robotic systems by 2026.
The complexes are designed as multifunctional platforms for a wide range of tasks at the front: evacuation of the wounded and logistics (delivery of cargo and medicines), engineering work (mining and demining), and the performance of combat missions.
German RX Robotics is a startup founded in 2022 that specializes in autonomous modular platforms. Their solutions are already in service with the armies of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Hungary.
Ukrainian Roboneers is a company with many years of experience in developing combat modules («Shable») and ground drones (Ironclad, «Rys», Camel). Roboneers systems have been involved in over 15,000 missions since 2014.
