Asreported by DOU with reference to mono, in early July she took up the position of HR Director and will be responsible for the development of the company’s HR function.
In her new position, Samborska will be responsible for forming HR strategy, developing corporate culture, attracting and developing talent, and supporting the company’s business initiatives.
Mono explained that the strengthening of the HR team is related to the growth of the ecosystem and the launch of new products.
Olena Samborska has over 19 years of experience in HR management. Before joining mono, she worked as Managing Director and HR Operations Director in the Ukrainian office of DXC Luxoft. Previously, she also headed HR at Rozetka, Foxtrot, and Meest Express, working with teams of several thousand employees. In 2023, Samborska became the President of the IT Ukraine Association, and is currently a member of the association’s board of representatives.
Recall that after the integration of Luxoft into DXC Technology, the company underwent a large-scale restructuring. In September 2025, it became known about the reduction of personnel. At that time, the Ukrainian office had about 3,000 employees — the smallest number in the last ten years. It is not yet known who will head the direction that Samborska previously oversaw at DXC Luxoft.
The mono ecosystem brings together a range of financial and digital services, including monobank, monobusiness, monomarket, monobazar, Expirenza, Base by mono, and Loyalty.ai. The team employs over 800 professionals, and the flagship product monobank has over 10 million customers.
