The developers of the state educational ecosystem "Mriya" have released a major update to the application on the eve of the new academic year. From now on, the platform offers schools an automated schedule builder, and students and parents electronic certificates and the ability to do homework directly on their smartphone.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation announced the expansion of functionality.
One of the main innovations for school administrations is a smart schedule builder. The system is able to generate a class schedule in just a few minutes. Algorithms automatically take into account teacher workload, availability of free classrooms, as well as sanitary requirements, which should significantly reduce the routine workload on educators.
Significant changes have also affected the homework process. The application will allow students to do and submit assignments directly from their smartphone, while teachers will be able to conveniently check them via a special web portal. This functionality will be rolled out gradually: in September it will be available for the first participating schools, after which the option will be scaled to all other institutions.
For parents, the developers have added advanced control tools. From now on, they will be able to send electronic certificates about the absence of a child to the class teacher directly in the application. In addition, detailed performance tracking has appeared, which shows the change in the average score after each lesson, allowing you to identify gaps in knowledge in time. Also, the previously announced gamification system is starting in pilot schools, where students will receive virtual currency for useful activities.
It was previously reported that the developers of "Mriya" announced the launch of a national gamification system . As part of the pilot project, Ukrainian schoolchildren will be able to earn internal virtual currency for completing educational tasks and exchange it for real gifts, services, or entertainment.
