Sense Bank has expanded family service capabilities in the Sense SuperApp, adding the ability to make currency transfers between relatives without commissions.
These are transfers between husband and wife, parents and children. Funds can be sent in US dollars or euros.
To enable the feature, the client needs to confirm the family relationship once using the «Diya» application. After that, transfers between related users will be available directly in the bank’s mobile application.
The service is available to existing Sense Bank clients who are residents of Ukraine. Transfers are made between cards (card accounts) within the bank.
The bank notes that the new feature is part of the development of the family financial ecosystem and is aimed at simplifying daily financial transactions between loved ones.
«Finance is increasingly perceived as a separate service — it is becoming a part of everyday interactions between people. And in these interactions, not only speed is important, but also a sense of simplicity and trust. We are moving towards solutions where money is transferred as easily as a message: without barriers, unnecessary steps and costs. That is why we integrate financial opportunities into natural life scenarios, in particular, into interactions between relatives,» commented Oleksandr Podderyogin, Head of Transactional Products Department at Sense Bank.
