He stated this on his Facebook page.
«The experience I gained while working here cannot be bought or learned at a university. Thank you for the daily challenges and ambitious goals. Thank you to all my colleagues for their professionalism and humanity! And I’m leaving, I’m leaving alone,» he said.
Karputev also promised to soon reveal details about his future and further employment.
Karputev has held the position of CEO of Nova Poshta in Poland since mid-2023, and in general has held a number of management positions at the postal operator since 2018.
As dev.ua reported, Nova Poshta launched a fulfillment center in Poland for Ukrainian e-commerce and beyond.
Co-founder of Nova Poshta Volodymyr Popereshnyuk, speaking about the company’s activities in international markets, noted that the share of revenue outside Ukraine is growing every year .
At the same time, in Ukraine, Nova Poshta is undergoing large-scale layoffs — for example, since June 30, more than 20 communications specialists have been laid off.
