Borodatyuk stated this during a panel discussion at the Kyiv International Economic Forum, answering the moderator’s question about what functions he helps perform as an advisor to Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko.
«We have a recruitment agency Netpeak Talent, because we are building an entire ecosystem. That’s why we have this agency that works with internal and external clients. I told myself that we will close 6 vacancies at the level of deputy minister, and then we will see if it works that you take a person from business and launch him into the state — a kind of anti-business in every sense. Only „suicides“ go for this,» Artem Borodatyuk commented on the role of his company in recruiting for the government.
As the most striking example of such cooperation, he cited the CDTO of the Ministry of Economy, Oleksandr Tsybort, who has already proven himself in this role.

According to Borodatyuk, people who have decided to enter the civil service should be respected. After all, the founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies called low salaries and «PEP status not only for yourself, but also for all your children and grandchildren» as major disadvantages for anyone who decides to enter the civil service at the level of deputy minister.
Artem Borodatyuk also said that he asks everyone he interviews to guarantee that they will work in the position for at least two years.
«I made this up myself, no one asked me to. Because if you leave for less than two years, you won’t have time to do anything,» Borodatyuk stated.
He explained that to fill one government vacancy, the recruitment agency Netpeak Talent screens 2,000 people.
«On average, to hire a person, we go through 2,000 people… Our company would have already closed if we were looking for people for ourselves like that, because we bring 80 people to our company every month,» emphasized the founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies.
Borodatok also reported that his agency has found a manager responsible for the digital reform of the Ministry of Education.
