This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration for Digitalization, Vyacheslav Bazarenko.

“I am Khvylka, a modern digital assistant from the Mykolaiv region.
I was created to quickly and simply answer all your questions about the Mykolaiv region. Right now I’m just learning. You could say that I’m currently at the third grade level. But I’m developing quickly and soon I’ll know everything about the Mykolaiv region,” is how “Hvylka” introduces itself.
In addition, it is assumed that every guest of the Mykolaiv region will receive an SMS greeting with a link to the AI assistant.
"We created Khvylka as a simple, convenient, and modern tool for everyone. It's not just a chatbot, it's a step towards a new quality of digital interaction in the region. It's constantly learning and can already become a reliable assistant for residents and guests of the region," says Bazarenko.
