The Ministry of Defense is expanding services for citizens liable for military service. For example, fines from the TRC will be able to be paid online in the Reserve+ application. This option will become available after the adoption of bill 12093. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon.
According to her, this bill «eliminates bureaucratic obstacles» and will allow you to pay fines in a few «clicks» and even get a 50% discount, similar to fines for traffic violations. Chernogorenko said that immediately after paying the fine, you can update your data in the Register.
Remote payment of TRC fines will also work for Ukrainians who are abroad. «Ukrainian citizens who are abroad can also update their data, pay the fine remotely and not have problems with documents,» she noted.
«And for military personnel, a complete abolition of fines for such a violation is envisaged. These people risk their lives, fight for the country and fully fulfill their civic duty. Digital services and the right initiatives help find a way out of situations that previously seemed like a dead end. I hope that the parliament will support bill No. 12093, and Ukrainians will receive another humane mechanism for interacting with the state,» Chernogorenko wrote .
Bill 12093 proposes to give tax evaders a 50% discount upon voluntary admission of the violation and payment of a fine from the TRC.
Violators are planned to be given the opportunity to independently contact the CCC to clarify their personal data, while paying a fine for the committed administrative offense in the amount of 50% of the minimum amount specified in the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. That is, 8,500 UAH.
Such violators will be able to independently initiate the process of considering the case and imposing a fine against themselves through the Electronic Cabinet of a conscript, conscript, or reservist. That is, through «Reserve+».
The ability to pay fines remotely through Reserve+ will also allow young people aged 18-25 to more easily obtain their documents from passport services, and all other Ukrainians abroad to avoid the complete blocking of accounts and seizure of property.
