Today, enterprises that are recognized as critically important for the economy generate 60% of all tax revenues to the budget. Currently, the priority deferral is given to industries that directly affect the functioning of the state - defense, energy, healthcare, and housing and utilities.

This was announced by the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, Oleksiy Sobolev, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
The number of people with a deferral has increased over the year. According to the Ministry of Economy, more than 1.35 million people have been booked today.
"1.37 million people have been booked. Bookings have increased slightly over the year. There will be more waves regarding bookings. And you see that the regime is holding. Why? Critically important enterprises that are booked generate 60% of tax revenues," the minister noted.
According to the minister, in this matter, the state must balance the demands of the army and the viability of business.
"There are a large number of people who are wanted, are in the NWCH, who do not participate or are somewhat excluded from formal employment, and do not work in the Defense Forces. And this is the reserve that can be identified so that they can either work or fight," he added.
The minister also added that every 6–9 months, the reservation lists are reviewed "to ensure that the system is fair."
