According to him, they are looking for the most promising young people (approximately 23–27 years old) who are familiar with programming and actively use AI.
«We give them mentors — leads from mono, and we see which of the interns will be able to cope with real tasks with the help of artificial intelligence and consultations from these mentors. We make an offer to those who cope, and they start working and developing the AI direction as full-fledged members of the team,» explained Gorohovsky on his TG channel.
He reminded that a similar competition was held in the summer, and 12 interns were selected from 1,250 applications received. However, only 8 candidates made it to the offer.
«And a week ago, we quietly launched the second set. By February 28, we are looking for 7 interns for the AI and Data Science teams. Everything is paid, everything is remote, but we can also let them come to the offices if you wish. If you have a base in Java, Python, Go, JS or in working with data and are comfortable using AI, don’t hesitate to leave an application. Or send this message to an IT friend who is already tired of whining that there is no normal job,» the Monobank co-founder urged.
Horokhovsky’s post regarding the second recruitment for the ShInternship was published on February 20 at 4:00 PM, and as of 10:00 PM on the same day, according to him, 1,300 candidates had submitted applications. You can submit an application via this link .
