According to Sony, 720p streaming will require a connection of at least 7 Mbps, and 1080p will require a connection of at least 13 Mbps.
However, some PlayStation Plus features will not be available for cloud streaming on the PlayStation Portal. Also, they won’t work for previous PS4 or PS3 models.
The beta version will be available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain and the United States.
As you can see, Ukraine is not on this list yet.
