Ukrainian entrepreneur Yaroslav Azhnyuk has announced a massive expansion of the production teams at his miltech companies The Fourth Law and Odd Systems, which specialize in developing thermal imaging cameras and artificial intelligence systems for UAVs. They plan to hire hundreds of new employees as they rapidly ramp up production.
According to Azhnyuk, vacancies are currently open for a wide range of specialists — both line staff and experienced managers are involved.
The Fourth Law and Odd Systems require:
assemblers and assembly team leaders;
production managers with scaling experience;
logistics, warehouse and inventory management specialists;
procurement specialists;
HR specialists and recruiters in the manufacturing sector.
In addition to direct hiring, Azhnyuk announced his readiness for strategic partnerships and acquisition of small, established teams.
«Join us and spread the word — together we will produce enough drones, cameras, and artificial intelligence modules to make the enemy remember the names of our heroes of the sixties forever,» the entrepreneur noted.
The Fourth Law and Odd Systems focus on creating high-tech components for the Defense Forces. Key developments include artificial intelligence systems and thermal imaging modules named after Ukrainian artists and figures: Kurbas, Lupynis, Horska, Zerov, Stus, Teliga, and others.
Recall that earlier, former MacPaw AI Director Volodymyr Kubitsky, who moved to The Fourth Law in the winter, spoke about a number of vacancies for Machine Learning specialists.
«Someday you will be able to proudly answer your children and grandchildren’s questions about what you were doing in 2026.» Yaroslav Azhnyuk announced 100 vacancies in R&D and Ops and 100 vacancies in the production of miltech devices in his projects The Fourth Law and Odd Systems
